REFUND POLICY

Services and products are non refundable at Ease Acupuncture Wellness. ​It applies to both purchases made online and in-store. As all purchases are final, we are unable to offer refunds. If you bought our services offering on Groupon, Giltcity, or any other 3rd party platform, you will need to contact them should you have any issues with your purchase. Voucher codes or orders may not be resold, transferred or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The expired promotional voucher can still be used, and the extra fee for extension will be applied upon redeeming the voucher (extra fee = original price - voucher purchase price).  

 

We apply a 24-hours reschedule/cancellation policy. Should you not cancel your appointment 24 hour before your original appointment time, you will have to pay a $50 late cancellation fee. By using this website, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
